The Nordwolle premises, where Wilhelminian industrial architecture and pioneering branches meet, is home to the com.media venue. With its large, open-plan hall that can take up to 800 guests together with smaller conference rooms, com.media offers the perfect setting for company presentations, panel discussions, conferences, fashion shows and other events. The technical equipment and other services such as catering can be tailored individually to specific requirements.

The Hanse-Wissenschaftskolleg (Institute for Advanced Study), HWK, is a non-profit foundation organised by the German federal states of Lower Saxony and Bremen and by the City of Delmenhorst. It promotes collaboration among internationally renowned scientists and fosters development of the next up-and-coming generation, while at the same time enhancing the research potential of the universities and research institutions in the region. Scientific conferences, for example on marine and climate research or social sciences, are a focal aspect of the HWK's activities. About 20 international conferences are held here every year. Offering outstanding media facilities and a conference room for 80 people which can be divided up for smaller working groups, the HWK offers a professional setting for scientific and research events.
